More recent versions of Firefox use a PDF "viewer" to preview the documents prior to actually opening them, and it's the pre-viewer that generates that error message. To change this behavior, do the following: 1. Go to Options; 2. Go to Applications; 3. Scroll down until you see "Portable Document Format" in the left column; 4. The action on the right hand side of the column probably reads, "Preview in Firefox"; click on the drop-down arrow, and select "Open in Adobe Acrobat"; This should stop that from happening. Please submit a ticket if you have questions or need further assistance. Thanks! - OLC Support Team |
